Tenants

Finding a new property to rent or buy can be a daunting process, with the process and structure often being vague.  To bring clarity to the process we have outlined the key stages below:

Register with us

To find a property that is suitable for you and your family, we need as much information about your needs.  Information such as your budget, the date you require that property for, type and size of your property, and other specific requirements.  You can do this by visiting our office where our friendly staff will be happy to assist you, by phone or email, or via our website

With these details, we will be able to understand your requirements better and will then be able to access all properties that match your criteria. Once registered, details of potential properties can be sent to you via email.

Viewings

Viewings are conducted at the following times:

Monday – Friday          9.30 am - 5:30 pm

Saturdays                 Closed

Sundays                   Closed

CPM usually will be present at the viewings and conduct a tour of the premises – the landlord may not always be present at the viewings.  In some cases the landlord may give specific times for viewings.  We do ask landlords to be as flexible as possible as we understand our tenants are taking time from their busy schedule to view their perspective property.

We usually have access to the properties and keep the keys for them.  We advise to have anyone involved in the decision making to be present at viewings – this save all parties time

Once the viewing is complete and you have had the chance to view the property, please let us know if you have any questions and your decision on taking the property – we are happy to answer all your questions.

Please be on time for the time arranged for viewings – we will meet you at the property, or for convenience, we can meet you at our office where we can drive you to the property.

Making an Offer

If the property is suited for you, please let us know as soon as you can, as someone else may secure the property on the same.  We also ask you to let us know if the property isn’t suited to you so someone else may take the property.  Upon agreeing to take the property, you’ll need to pay us a deposit to reserve the property.

Sometimes there may be an opportunity to negotiate the rental. This can be difficult, but by working with us, you'll benefit from our expertise in this area.
