Cardiff Properties Management are based at the heart of Cardiff in the central student area of Cathays.  We have over 15 years of successful property lettings in the Cardiff area, with a team of qualified and skilled professionals.  We are dedicated and provide a genuine service in finding the ideal property for you, whether you are a student, professional or a family.

Our people and staff are the key to us providing an excellent service – we always keep this in mind.  CPM’s aim is to build on positive relationships with our customers and listen to their needs, making their journey in finding their new property a seamless and straight forward process.  By building strong relationships with our customers, the process of find their next home becomes less daunting and an experience closer to home.

We hold a large number of properties ready to be let for perspective clients.  Once a property that suits a perspective tenant, we contact them and match them up with a suitable property based on their requirements.

Once a potential property has been found, a viewing is then arranged at a time convenient for our tenants - we also offer evening and weekend viewings.  A member of our team will be present at viewings and will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

What makes CPL different:

 

• We have a large number of properties available for rent; rooms in shared houses, flats, studio apartments, maisonettes, 1-12 bedroom properties and whole houses.  We offer both short and long term rentals.  We have new properties added to our Database every day, which allows us to bring you the latest rental vacancies and suitable properties.

 

• We manage a number of the properties available – Most Landlords opt for CPM to manage their properties.  This means that when there is a problem with the property you are renting, you can rest assured knowing that if something goes wrong you can contact us to fix the problem promptly.  We have a reporting facility on our website ‘Report a Repair’ which lets you report problems in your property.

• We make use of innovative and cutting-edge technologies, which allows is to provide a platform for seamless transactions for all our clients through electronically signing contracts, making finding and moving into a property convenient for our clients.

 

• Our properties are ideally located for students in the areas of Roath, Cathays, Heath and Cardiff City Centre.  They are close to both Cardiff University and Cardiff Metropolitan University as well as close to amenities and travel stops lie train and bus stations.  We also have a large number of properties available for Professionals close to Cardiff City Centre.

 

• Email alerts – Once you are registered with CPM, information on new properties will be available to you.  They are sent regularly by email, based on your criteria.

 

 

• We at CPM aim to be professional, honest and friendly, and are always available to answer any questions you may have.

 

• Extended Working hours - We understand that normal office hours are not always convenient for our clients. Our office is open from 9.30 am- 5.30 pm Monday-Friday, and from Closed on Saturday and Sunday, however we are also available to accommodate viewings on Saturday and Sunday upon request for viewings and during busy periods.

 

• Pick-up service – We offer a pick-up service to our clients, picking you up from your home, office, University Campus or a location that is convenient for you.  We will then take you directly to the property for a viewing and return you again after the viewing.
