1. Policy Statement
Cardiff Properties Management is committed to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion in all its
dealings with tenants, landlords, contractors, and employees. We are committed to complying with the
Equality Act 2010 and ensuring that no individual receives less favourable treatment on the grounds
of protected characteristics.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all staff, directors, and contractors. It covers all aspects of our business,
including:
Advertising and marketing of properties.
Handling of applications and viewings.
Property management, maintenance, and repairs.
Recruitment and employment.

Property Management: All tenants will be treated with dignity and respect. Repairs and services will
be provided without discrimination. -
Reasonable Adjustments: We will make reasonable adjustments for disabled tenants, such as allowing adaptations to the property or providing information in alternative formats.

Information Handling: Personal information obtained during visits or discussions will be treated as confidential and will not be used to discriminate.
5. Recruitment and Workplace

Recruitment, promotion, and training will be based on merit and capability.

7. Complaints Procedure
Any person who feels they have been discriminated against should contact Zulfaqar Ahmed - Director
in writing. Complaints will be investigated thoroughly and confidentially.
